Mr. Michael Carr, Director
This question deserves a good answer, and honestly, I don't have a good answer! As you know, The C-Force Group™ at Ashton & Company has been quietly and effectively creating new names for products, services and companies since 1984. We were an "early adoptee" of a software package called "NAMER" on which you worked, long before generating your new name-generating software. We have used NAMER for well over a decade, and developed new "libraries" in a number of topical fields. We've kept old "DOS" computers running solely for running NAMER! I was especially a fan of the name generation technique called the "Connotation Synthesizer" - a brilliant concept, and was a great aid in creating new names. But it was hard work going through thousands of word-parts before finding gems. Was? Thanks to you and The Namestormers, we have now graduated up to the newest concept in computer-aided name-creation software, NamePro. As you promised, it is better, faster, and truly industrial strength! Now, my only questions are "Why did it take me so long to get NamePro?" and "Now that we have NamePro, how frequently will you be updating the databases?" Connotative lists can be easily created, rearranged, and used quickly and easily. The result: NamePro helped us create the "core" of a new name on our latest project last week, which lead us to the final name candidate, which was just accepted by the client. Fresh concepts, lots of choices, easy to use, and very productive... that's NamePro!
